Tatio Geyser
"Discover the Magic of the Tatio Geysers: An Adventure in the Heart of the Chilean Altiplano"
Explore the natural wonder of the Tatio Geysers. Located in the heart of the majestic Chilean Andes, these geysers are one of the most impressive geothermal wonders in the world.
The Tatio Geysers geothermal field, located in the majestic Andean mountains of northern Chile, will welcome you with its spectacle of active, bubbling geysers. As we explore this amazing site at 4,320 meters above sea level, you'll have the opportunity to witness more than 80 active geysers up close—a truly unique experience.
In addition to marveling at the geysers, our tour will take you to discover the rich flora and fauna of the surrounding area, especially along the Putana River and in the local wetlands. Along the way, you'll also enjoy a panoramic view of the charming town of Machuca, where you can immerse yourself in the local culture and soak up its unique atmosphere.
Although the Tatio Geysers are not the tallest geysers in the world, their beauty and magnitude make them a must-see destination for nature and adventure lovers. With eruptions averaging 75 centimeters and emerging water temperatures of approximately 86°C, you'll be fascinated by the power and vitality of this natural phenomenon.
