Customers who have made any online purchase will have 10 days to cancel it. This may be done by exchanging the product or refunding the money, according to the agreed terms, according to Article 43 of the Consumer Law.
For changes or cancellations, you must first contact us by email or WhatsApp, or visit our offices located at Juan Jose La Torre Number 1751, Office 205, in the city of Calama, during business hours Monday through Friday, from 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
If you request a refund for an online purchase, Ruta 23 Travel will process the refund within 24 business hours after the refund is accepted (via Mercado Pago, Venti, or bank transfer, depending on the payment method used).
