Warranty Policy

1. Scope of the Warranty
This policy applies to all tourism services offered by Ruta 23 Travel, including transportation, guided tours, recreational activities, and other services contracted through us.

2. Commitment to Quality
We are committed to providing high-quality tourism services as specified in the descriptions, itineraries, and agreements made with our clients.

3. Compliance Guarantee
If a booked service cannot be provided due to reasons attributable to our company or our partners, we offer the following options:

Full refund: Depending on the scope of the service not provided.
Rescheduling: No additional cost, subject to availability.
Alternative service: of equivalent quality and characteristics to the one contracted.

4. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Cancellations or delays caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or political conflicts).
  • Problems arising from incorrect information provided by the customer, such as names, travel dates, or contact information.
  • Changes made by the client outside the terms and conditions established in the reservation.

5. Claims Procedure
Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of the incident.
The customer must provide a detailed description of the problem, along with supporting documentation (receipts, booking confirmations, photos, etc.).
